Corporate Function Venue Sydney
Book your team into Via Napoli Pizzeria, Sydney’s Neapolitan Pizzeria, where the set menu is agreed and priced per head before anyone sits down, so the only thing left to decide on the day is who is sitting where. Via Napoli Pizzeria is a Neapolitan pizza restaurant with locations in Surry Hills and Lane Cove, Sydney. Corporate functions run from 6 guests upward at Via Napoli, an Italian restaurant in Surry Hills and Via Napoli, an Italian restaurant in Lane Cove, for everything from a client lunch to a full end-of-year celebration. The kitchen is run by Luigi Esposito, a third-generation pizzaiolo, at a restaurant recognised with a Spicchio in the Gambero Rosso Top Italian Restaurants 2026 guide, which is a useful thing to be able to say when the guests are clients rather than colleagues.
What a Via Napoli Function Is, and What It Isn't
Via Napoli is a restaurant, not a conference centre. There is no boardroom, no lectern and no breakout space. What there is instead is a long table, a wood-fired oven going in the background, and food that arrives to share rather than plated one guest at a time. That makes it the right location for the parts of the work calendar that are not meetings. Signing off a project, welcoming people who have just started, thanking a team that has had a hard quarter, taking clients somewhere better than the place near their office.
Team Lunches & Client Catch-Ups
Smaller work bookings are the easiest thing Via Napoli does. Six guests is enough for a sharing set menu, so a team of eight or a table of six with a client works without any special arrangement. Everything is ordered ahead, so nobody spends the first fifteen minutes reading a menu while the conversation stalls.
Because the cost is fixed per head, you can get the spend approved before you book rather than explaining a variable bill afterwards. If you are used to arranging boardroom lunches in the office, this is the version where nobody has to clear the table afterwards.
EOFY, Christmas & Milestone Functions
The same set menus scale up. An end-of-financial-year dinner, a work Christmas party, a farewell, a hundredth-client celebration — all of it runs on the same format, just with more people at the table. Groups of 15 or more choose a set menu on Friday and Saturday nights, which is what most larger work bookings land on anyway.
Add Via Napoli Bottomless if you want the drinks included in the per-head figure rather than running an open bar you cannot forecast. Planning specifically for December? See Christmas Party Venue Sydney.
How Booking Your Function Works
- Choose a set menu. Solo Pizza, Come With Me To Naples, or the larger antipasto and pasta version. Add drinks if you want them inside the per-head cost.
- Get it approved. The per-head price is known at this point, so you have a number to take to whoever signs off before anything is confirmed.
- Tell us the shape of it. Date, headcount, which location, and whether it is lunch or dinner.
- Confirm and we hold the table. Six guests minimum. Groups of 15 or more choose a set menu on Friday and Saturday nights.

Frequently Asked Questions
Six. Via Napoli’s sharing set menus start at 6 guests, which covers most team lunches and client bookings without any special arrangement.
Groups of 15 or more choose a set menu on Friday and Saturday nights. Most larger corporate bookings choose one regardless, because it makes the cost per head known in advance.
Lunch sittings run from midday, Thursday to Sunday at Surry Hills and Friday to Sunday at Lane Cove. Earlier in the week both restaurants open for dinner, so a Monday or Tuesday work lunch is usually better served by corporate catering delivered to your office.
Yes. Via Napoli Bottomless adds 90 minutes of prosecco, white wine, red wine and Peroni to any set menu, with an optional spritz upgrade, so the drinks sit inside the quoted figure rather than running as an open bar.
