Outstanding customer service
We had a large group with a set menu. There was an abundance of food and the staff were attentive to everyone's requests. Amazing food and absolutely no complaints.

Food was delicious and had an amazing blend of authentic Italian flavors. The ingredients tasted fresh and the service was very good. Although the price is higher than normal restaurants, the amazing food definitely subsidises this. Also, the Pizza is very good. All in all, I would definitely recommend this restaurant and i'll be sure to be back here again soon.

Forgot to post this review from last July, but remembered how good their food is when we revisited them recently. Absolutely amazing menu with everything done to perfection. The zucchini flowers are an absolute must try. The gnocchi and the fungi pasta are simply outstanding. Will definitely revisit.
Ever since I moved from Naples to Sydney, I’ve been searching for that authentic taste of home—and I finally found it here. This pizzeria is the real deal: the dough is perfectly light and chewy, the ingredients are fresh and full of flavor, and every bite takes me straight back to the streets of Napoli. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff treat you like family. It’s more than just pizza—it’s a little piece of home. Grazie mille for keeping the Neapolitan tradition alive down under!

Excellent pizzas if you’re on the North Shore. Also tried some other dishes but the pizzas are clearly the stand out. Staff are very attentive and accomodating too. Recommended.

Staff did an awesome job of managing birthday party for my daughter. Food and service were great.

Good Friday Grilled Seafood Platter created by Chef Lin was beyond delicious. Had friends with us and they also loved the food and service! Thank you!
It’s a very nice place and food is superb ( it’s real Italian food). We were so lucky that they had pastiera napoletana…You must try this place if you like Italian food ❤️
Nice buzzing restaurant with very friendly and accommodating service. We booked for a group and had an extra show up, they were able to change us onto a bigger table to accommodate the extra person.
Food is delicious as always, with their classic 1m long pizza (up to 3 toppings) and pastas.
Perfect level of spice from the spicy salami (if you don’t like heat I’d recommend you skip it as it’s quick fire-y).
They also do some good cocktails!

Excellent pizza! We came as a group of 20 and barely had to wait – really impressive. Great atmosphere and friendly service. Not fully convinced by the starters or cocktails, but the pizzas were top notch. Also great quality when ordered for delivery. Would definitely come back!

Hands down the best Italian outside of Italy. Do yourself a favour and venture out of the touristy spots to this gem. The service, ambiance, food are impeccable. We got the Cassarecce Arrabiatta, Sourdough pane and the Burratino pizza.
Best place to come for the 1 metre woodfire pizza. Atmosphere was fantastic especially with the loud Street Festival going on. Finding our table was abit chaotic.
Love seeing the pizzas being made in the woodfire oven. Pizzas were delicious. Red and white bases were just right. Not salty and overbearing. The proscuitto and truffle pizzas was a favourite.
Orders came out pretty fast. Their birthday celebration was out of this world. Got the whole restaurant singing Happy Birthday. Thank you for a fantastic night.

Enjoyable dinner experience the food was great. The Calamari and Pizza were 5 star winners! The pasta unfortunately was let down by the overpowering smell of the prawns. I didn't feel they should lose a whole star over this, though.
If you like spicy options, both the pizza and pasta are a good choice! Would come back again!

Best pizza and service in lane cove! My husband and I ordered take away tonight from Lane Cove Via Napoli - the wonderful guy at the pickup counter was amazingly prompt and friendly and the pizza was larger even than the half meter we ordered (to the point they had to fold it slightly to get it in the box). Then, he gave us a bonus food since it was his birthday - THANK YOU SO MUCH AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY! We really loved the pizzas (my favorite is the 4 formaggi, which sounds simple but isnt and we've never had a pizza from here that we didnt like).

Over from New York on vacation decided to try this spot. Outstanding food. Got the Gnocchi with pesto which was superb and a pizza wood fired to perfection. Service outstanding and reasonable pricing

The pizza is a solid 10/10. It's one of the best pizza's in Sydney hands down. The pasta dishes were delicious but expensive for a small amount. Would definitely be smashing their pizza's more.
This is our regular pizza place. Nothing beats Via Napoli pizza. Authentic and they have the best service.
I booked the bottomless lunch option for my birthday and it was so much fun - best value for money that you will find in Surry Hills! Cocktails included in the price too such a steal. I will definitely be back, thank you 😊

Full marks to the team at Via Napoli. Had an error in our Doordash order and the manager took it upon himself to remedy and deliver the order himself. Great service. And turned a poor experience into a 5 star review.

The pizza fritta is absolutely delicious – crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside, with the perfect balance of cheese and seasonings. It’s a unique twist on traditional pizza that I’ll definitely be coming back for.

To be honest best place ever . I be been many times in this restaurant and never disappointed, nice atmosphere nice food, but the jewels of the shop is the manager , Valentina she is the best , always happy professional and attentive at the service . I highly recommend this restaurant the best food .

Eating pizza at Via Napoli transports you straight back to the restaurants of Napoli. It honestly can’t get more authentic. Best pizza in Sydney, highly recommend. The espresso is perfetto, too 🤌🏼
This is about the most authentic pizza and pasta you will get outside of Italy. Unbelievable quality ingredients, friendly staff and amazing atmosphere. The Luigi Bruschetta is better than the best I’ve had anywhere including my precious favorite one in Pisa, Italy. This is a must visit place and I highly recommend it. Thank you to Luigi and his awesome staff.

I have been going here for 1 year and always receive exceptional service and have a wonderful time. This is my favourite italian place in sydney the food is ALWAYS amazing. Whether it’s a date night, dinner with friends or a birthday or event this place is perfect!! There’s 3 italian ladies who work here that are always so welcoming and friendly which gives the restaurant an authentic vibe!

Great food and good service overall. Always love the casual vibe of this place. It would have been very nicer if we were given a bigger table, having 5 people squeezed to a table normally sits 4 was a bit tight.
