For venues that can accommodate it, our mobile wood-fired oven cooks fresh on-site throughout your reception — pizza arrives to the table hot, one course at a time, rather than sitting in a warmer. For backyard, garden or private property weddings without commercial kitchen access, this is often the simplest way to serve a large group well. Where on-site cooking isn’t suited to the venue, we deliver ready-to-serve pizza, pasta and antipasti instead, and can combine both formats for a reception that includes a formal course alongside a wood-fired pizza station later in the evening.
