Via Napoli Pizzeria caters for corporate events, birthday parties, Christmas and EOFY celebrations, and large-group gatherings across Sydney — with the same wood-fired dough that comes out of the kitchens in Surry Hills and Lane Cove. The oven runs at 450–480°C. The dough ferments for 48 hours. That doesn't change because the venue does.

Catering runs across three formats: delivery and pickup from either restaurant, set group dining on-site, and live cooking via Via Napoli's mobile wood-fired pizza oven. Groups from 20 to 700 people.
