It has taken me approximately three days of cleaning - powder on shirt, soak for 12-hours, dry, repeat - to get rid of (although, it's not totally gone yet) the tomato stains I spluttered onto my new UNIQLO white t-shirt. I don't know how I managed to create such a mess with the spaghetti bolongese, but I did, and am learning some helpful cleaning techniques in the process. Either way, the food was splendid!

We arrived after having a terrible experience at La Panchina, where the service completely ruined our evening. From the moment we walked into Via Napoli, everything changed. We were welcomed with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care.
The service was outstanding, fast, organized, and warm. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful — attentive, empathetic, and professional. After hearing what we had just gone through, she went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our night. She truly turned what was shaping up to be a disastrous Valentine’s Day into a great memory.
The food was excellent. We had two pizzas and two drinks, everything perfectly prepared and served with care. As a gesture of kindness, we were even offered dessert on the house, which we deeply appreciated. That small gesture meant a lot and showed real hospitality.
As someone with many years in the hospitality industry — restaurant owner, sommelier, and mixologist — I can confidently say this is how a restaurant should operate. Great food, strong service, perfect system and people who genuinely care about the customer experience.
Via Napoli didn’t just serve us dinner; they fixed the night that another restaurant had completely ruined. We left happy, satisfied, and grateful.

We have travelled to Italy 4 times now, and yet we find an Italian treasure in Surrey Hills Sydney, awsome service, exceptional appertises and Pizza's, cold birra and great vino rosso. Friendly staff,fantastic evening for us.
When living on the other side of the world, this is a landmark for any Italian who wants to feel home. 12/10

We went recently to celebrate my dads 93rd bday with a table of 12. The staff were wonderful and couldnt do enough for us! The service combined with the most delicious pastas and as always great pizza made for a memorable occasion.

We enjoy a great lunch on the weekend! One of our best Italian food experiences for ages, great friendly staff and superb delicious food.
Beautiful pizza with amazing flavour — very authentic and incredibly tasty. Served quickly and absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend!
