You are booking a working Neapolitan restaurant, with the same oven, the same dough and the same kitchen that serves Surry Hills and Lane Cove every night of the year.

Pizza comes out of the oven in 60-90 seconds at 430–480°C, so it arrives in waves rather than all at once, and the table stays busy from the first antipasti through to the last Nutella pizza.
