After hearing what we had just gone through, she went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our night. She truly turned what was shaping up to be a disastrous Valentine’s Day into a great memory.
The food was excellent. We had two pizzas and two drinks, everything perfectly prepared and served with care. As a gesture of kindness, we were even offered dessert on the house, which we deeply appreciated. That small gesture meant a lot and showed real hospitality.
As someone with many years in the hospitality industry — restaurant owner, sommelier, and mixologist — I can confidently say this is how a restaurant should operate. Great food, strong service, perfect system and people who genuinely care about the customer experience.
Via Napoli didn’t just serve us dinner; they fixed the night that another restaurant had completely ruined. We left happy, satisfied, and grateful.
