From the moment we met Alex we were impressed with his “can do” attitude and helpful manner and knew this was the place for me to celebrate my significant birthday. We were a group of 35 and it was a bit of a tight squeeze and that is my only very minor reason for giving a 4 under atmosphere. Everything else was absolutely perfect. The wonderful service led by Matias, the amazing and generous food, the bringing out and serving of the birthday cake and the packing up into take away containers. Everything was taken care of and everyone had a wonderful time. Thanks again.

From the moment we sat down, Richard was on another level. Attentive without hovering, warm without being over-familiar, professional yet genuinely friendly — the kind of service that instantly makes you feel like a VIP rather than just another table. He took the time to explain the menu, made thoughtful recommendations, checked in at exactly the right moments, and somehow anticipated what we needed before we even realised it ourselves.
It wasn’t just “good service” — it was exceptional effort. You could tell he genuinely cared about our experience and took real pride in what he does. That level of enthusiasm and attention is rare these days, and it made the entire meal that much better.
The food at Via Napoli is already outstanding, but Richard elevated the whole night into something memorable. If management is reading this: he is an absolute asset to your team and deserves serious recognition.

My partner and I visited Via Napoli on a busy Friday night on a whim and had a wonderful time. Vegetarian pizzas were plentiful and delicious and staff were kind and friendly. Would happily eat there again!

Came here as recommended by an Italian. It was an amazing experience, my highlight was the arancini! We also ordered calamari but it was a little disappointing as an entree. The frita, gamberi and pasta shared between three was more than enough.
The frita was the most interesting order as I haven't seen it at other Italian restaurants before. Looked like a massive battered fish. Service was great and the atmosphere was lively! Ended it with a cannoli for dessert. Thanks for the dinner Via Napoli!

Celebrated our work Xmas party here and it was a great fun night. The food was fabulous - very tasty and the metre long pizzas are delicious. Buzzing atmosphere and charming waiters adds to the dining experience! Highly recommend.
